Nuisance On Property
2 loose dogs , no gate in property or front fence
The property at 7211 Boyce Street, Houston TX 77020 is next to my home. I have listed at least 5 violations or conditions that this property is needing to address. It would be greatly appreciated if this matter would be addressed. I have been a long time resident of Denver Harbor and would like to have my neighborhood maintained. PERMITTING CONDITIONS THAT MAY ATTRACT RATSA property owner/occupant may not accumulate lumber, boxes, barrels or similar materials that may be used as a harborage for
they have no permits and its an residental house // and mechanic shop
The people that live there work on cars in the street in ROW. They block traffic and leave junk cars on the side of the street and on the side of the small bayou just a few feet away from their home. They also dump trash and old tires by same bayou. You can see all the oil stains they've made on the street every time they've worked on cars in the street. They are one block from a small church.

There are several car parts on property. The is an entire truck cab on side of street. I think there are possible stolen cars on property. It looks suspicious.
