They are accumulating lumber, boxes, barrels or similar materials that may harbor pets like rats and snakes on their property and the empty lot next door. Also there are there are diesels and diesel trailers permanently parked on the property. There are also building materials, barrels, junk parts, etc... are stored outdoors as well. I'm not sure how many violations are happening but goodness, when is this going to get fixed?
I think this property checks almost all violations in the city of Houston ordinance violations list. I am surprised this property has not been forced to be cleaned up after all these years. Diesels, tractors, trailers, scrap metal, etc... Also snakes, rodents, roaches, and all of our favorite problems that come from this mound of junk.
The owner of the property put a fence up in the front yard overnight. It looks like it is too close to the street.
