Large amounts of water have been bubbling up from the ground near the southeast corner of Villa and Evans Street since around noon today. This is causing no or very little water pressure available in this block.
At the corner of the yard , near the stop signs , both of the clean out/mains are overflowing into the ditch.
Called at 1:25 pm to report water gushing on my lawn by the stop sign overflowing ditches
