I have been her 2 yrs.. No swimming pool the gate hasn't been locked since Feb. 2019 but charge u $35 dollar for the key.. Parking as chrystly in office is first come first serve people that have a lease have to provide proof of insurance to park inside an unlocked community.. But yet any given day or night even after 10pm..cars and trucks are parked without stickers. They say they have tow trucks.. That's a lie.. So u.. Ur property is at will.

When i came into Royale De Ville Apartments i was amazed to see how courteous the staff was and very helpful. I automatically felt like i was at home and i made the decision to be apart of this family and will not move from here

Management cares and pays prompt attention to tenant needs. I really feel safe staying here!

This is the worse apartment complex to live in I do not recommend no one to ever live here, there is roaches, rats, nats, and worse of all bed bugs. I moved in Royale De Ville in October of 2012 and since day one I had problems, my refridgerator was leaking water and it would like leak water on to the floor maintenance would come by and say that is what it is suppose to do or after months of complaints about it the maintenance man come by and said take everything out of the refridgerator and that he would be back in 15 to 20 and he still never showed up, I had a flood in my apartment in December 2012 and I report it to management and the maintenance team never showed up, I lost clothes, shoe and important paper work and when I report it to management they did not care. My license plates was stolen from my car and I told the security officers and they did nothing. My a/c unit every month will go out and when maintenance would come over they say it has too much Freon in it or the breaker box is causing the a/c and the heat not to work properly, I had 3 more floods and management did not do anything, they did not help replace my merchandise or even help reimburse me for rent. I paid my rent every month on time. The roaches are bad, they had an exterminator come to exterminator and that did not work the roaches go worse. Management does not care about there tenants, the harass one of my neighbors so bad until one night the Manager Raj Patel come on the property and harass my neighbor and she cause my neighbor to pass out on the ground she almost died. Please Please do not move here. The manager her is money hungry, she just want u to pay your rent and then talk to you like you stupid when she have an issue in your apartment. I write it down in a tablet talking about a work order and maintenance will come and tell you nothing is wrong or they will not show up at all. The gate does not work they charge you $35 for a gate card and the gate is always opened. There is mildew and mold that maintenance will just paint over it. The worse thing of it all is BED BUGS.

Dont move here! Roach infestation. Nats are everywhere. The exterminator does nothing. Maintenance doesnt fix anything until at least 2 weeks after your submit a work order. Ive learned its easier to curse them out so they can do their job. Front office are idiots. They dont know how to do to manage apartments. My kindergartner would do a much better job. Hot water is never on. Trash is everywhere on the property. The dumpster is always overflowed. Neighbors complain about mold in their apartment. Rats live here too. Break ins are considered normal around here. The only security camera that works is the one in the front office. My neighbor had bedbug s. He had to get rid of them himself because they make you sign a paper stating that bedbugs are a problem inthe apartments but they wont pay to get rid of them. Dont move here. If you see a positive review then its from someone in the front office. These apartments are filthy and needs to be reported. I cant wait to move. Dont waste a dime here. RUN...DONT MOVE HERE!!!

this is seriously the most disgusting place to live. There are roaches who live with you and DONT PAY RENT. the front office people are LAZY and don't do anything to upkeep the apartments. there is soo much mold,The outlets don't work,the pool is Hunter green, they charge everyone different rates and fees. the maintenance guys never come until weeks after complaining. NOTHING EVER WORKS!!! the only good thing is that the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. Don't move here unless u want roaches crawling on u in your sleep or coming out soon as you began to cook!! not to mention there are NO LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE BEDROOMS!! you have to have lamps in each room and hope that the outlet will work. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!

This is one the safer places in Greenspoint to live. It is under new management. Renovations are underway. Many of the units are being redone and refurbished. Of course change comes with one unit at a time, but change is a good thing to wait for here. Good place to live.

these apartments they don't give you new carpet hardly ever exterminate the property, trash on the premises,mold under the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and roach and nat infested. They need to fix the inside of these apartments and not just the outside by painting. the rent is to HIGH!!!!, these are not nice apartments roach infestations
