Been here a year and have loved it! Came from a garden style apartment with paper thin walls allowing you to hear your neighbors every move and I’ve come to appreciate the concrete construction quietness here. Walking distance from good bars/restaurants and Whole Foods. Definitely renewing here!

I've had a great experience living at Modera Waugh. The staff is very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions that I have. The gym is great and the pool view is amazing along with the Skytop view of downtown. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to live in Houston.

I have been following the progress of this building and I am very excited to lease my next place here. I found the website is up and I submitted an inquiry. I connected with Selena who is so sweet. She gave me a lot of info on what is coming. They are not quite open yet, but I asked her to keep me on their wait list to reach out when they are ready for tours. I can't wait!
