Per stoppage, standing water/tad poles in yard, no SSO present/ no sewage in yard, spoke to customer and neighbors all C/O are down. SDL generated to wash the line of grease. Referring to DWO to investigate standing water and foul odor coming from puddle of water behind the house/ possible water leak.
