My apartment is just like the pictures. I love everything about my apartment the community is clean well kept I love that the gym is 24 hours open really convenient due to my work hours. can’t wait for summer to enjoy the pool

I've been living in this apartment for almost a year, and I love everything about it. The design is modern, and everything is well-maintained. The amenities are also kept in excellent condition. I'm looking forward to staying here for a long time!

nice well kept grounds, the kids loved the pool. I personally loved the efficient layout for the 2bdroom. i also like the proximity to the schools, 90 and BW8. i also love all the food options in the area. Not far from downtown Houston either! Staff was patient with all my questions. I could definitely see myself here before Summer.

Right from the start Riquelma and her staff were very professional and answered all my questions. I really enjoy the open floor plans and the feel of home on my apartment. I love how everything so close by, shopping, dining and schools. I would definitely recommend calling this property home.

Riquelma was amazing! She explained everything to me in great detail about the application process and the specials they had. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to apply at the moment, but once I’m ready, New Forest will be my first choice!

I did a tour loved it lynett stated I could apply with my paycheck stubs and I did. To find out 3 weeks after I applied my application was still pending because a manager told her that was incorrect and I couldn't apply with stubs. They stated I would be refunded my 250.00 for their mistake waited months for refund I never got i disputed the charges and now they want to put this on my credit. I do not recommend. Side note the refund was never even mailed.... They are trying to say didn't clear the bank my payment did clear on November 20th of 2023 my bank has confirmed this information as well. Sending to collections fraudulently

The staff were super friendly and the floor plans are spacious. Love the different amenities they have especially their gym. The pool is to die for. Close by the shopping centers and near highway 90 and the beltway.
