reoccurring issue after heavy rain please assist to fix this problem
Cllr sts everytime it rans it backs up sts they need to redo all the line in neighborhood....cllr sts someone was out yeterday said it was too cold and they would have to wait and left cllr sts she cannot go whole weekend without a toilet they need to go out and flush the line at least.
