We live at 7008 Amarillo St. The house next door to us at 7020 Amarillo St has a tall dead tree. Some of its huge branches have already fallen into our yard. On one occasion the broken branch even cut our power line. I have contacted the owner directly but he has not been proactive in cutting down his dead tree that looks like it
