Letter from Tropicana Village Civic Club Board Members regard ng Home that has been abandon for 8yrs. and working on getting it remove since 2013, the owners removed exterior brick and covered with black installation board that is partly coming off and there is a large dead tree with a rat nest in the front yard and dead branches are falling on neighbors yard, curb and street.
