The things that satisfy me the most are the tranquility of this neighborhood, as well as the high-standard furnishings and kind & helpful maintenance team. The people who live here are all polite and the atmosphere is harmonious.

Already written a comment about this in a previous survey - I said it was good and a nice place to stay - professional staff and a nice neighborhood- would recommend people to lease here especially if they work nearby.

Have lived in apartment for several years. If you value your overall health pick a different apartment. Like the other reviews, there are severe cockroach infestation. Management has been reached out to and has not responded.

When I first joined the apartment exceeded my expectations. Over time, I’ve noticed more people are not respecting the curfew hours. There have been several instances where parties are out by the pool past curfew hours and people are yelling. Sometimes, there are children who are unsupervised while parents are grouped together talking loudly. Music is being played late at night. Sound travels very easily and the people mainly affected are facing the pool area (myself included). Also the lights out by the pool stay on all night? Which I do not understand the purpose and seems like a waste of electricity. Lastly, there have been numerous times where parking has been an issue. I notice cars that I have never seen before parking in the resident area. Cars that are even from out of state. I know it’s family and not actual residents because I see them walking out with their guests to say goodbye. Seems as though towing isn’t enforced here and people are becoming relaxed. This apartment complex is no longer predominantly older couples or med students. It is loud, disruptive, and trashy people.

The new staff is eager to help make our living experience a positive one. I like the improvements that I've seen so far. The new staff is positive. The response level is very good. This the safest apartment in this area.

I am pleased so far with experience. The amenities are very nice, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. As a student at UH, the location is perfect. Love that it is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but close to everything I need.

Everyone is professional but nice and friendly! From cleaning staff to maintenance to leasing to property management. Nothing like Allure or Domain Heights. They never make you feel like they’re too good to talk to you or deal with you, and fast in resolving problems!

Living at Elan has been a great experience, the staff is responsive and always answers any questions I have. The grounds are kept clean and I've never had to worry about safety. There is plenty of parking and maintenance requests are always taken care of next day.
