Heavy Trash Code Violation
Severely overgrown lawn.
Landlord's contractors placed heavy trash at the curb 2 weeks early.
This yard has not been cut since the beginning of this year. Weeds and grass are very high.
Contractor (not home owner or occupant) dumped a huge amount of tree debris in front of the home on December 5th. Contractors must take debris with them and are not allowed to use curbside collection. Heavy trash debris may not exceed 8 cubic yards (this does by 10x). Heavy trash debris may not block sidewalk (this does).
