ESTELAS FLOWER SHOP IS ON THE FENCE
Subject: 7002 Palmetto/Garland 77087 Estelas Flower Shop[Message Came from Outside the City of Houston Mail System]yes, we have been calling on this home several times. When exiting our street we have too come into the cross street in order to see if cars are coming. My understanding is this house has been reported with nothing being done. Her trash and business sign blocks the view to oncoming cars. She needs to make a clear view.
