E-009 made a fire in the laundry room at the JPC(Jail) on 11/15/19, incident number 1911150997. The fire was contained to a dryer in the basement laundry room. All FDCs and Hose Cabinets in the fire area were locked and secured. None of the jail staff in the area had a key to unlock the hose cabinets and staff did not know where the key was.
