Hi ya I have heard alot of grate things about this apartments I look forward to move in with them with my grand children im waiting to get my application approved I was told it can take 4 to 6 weeks but alot of ppl say it takes 24 to 72 hr its my first time renting dose any one have any opinion I'm just thinking its the appropriate time but I'm pretty sure it comes by sooner any comments any one

*I would recommend these Townhomes if my problem is an isolated one. *I moved in on January 3, 2017, and encountered a MAJOR problem. To date, it has not been resolved... *They hit the jackpot when they hired the assistant manager, Andre. He is a very professional, hard working young man, who is also proficient at what he does. The manager on the other hand is totally opposite. She will prevaricate and procrastinate on handling urgent, important matters. *The maintenance staff is very nice and agile when fulfilling and handling the work orders submitted. *The grounds are always well kept. *The neighbors stay to themselves, keeping the noise at an acceptable level. *You can rarely ever contact any office staff/personnel over the telephone. *Overall, these Townhomes are an ideal place to live. I would love to live here if my problem be rectified soon. *Trust me, I would have rated the office staff a five-star had the assistant manager stood alone. VERNA

The grounds are very homely and well kept, staff (leasing agent to be precise) and maintenance are very helpful. The neighbors seem pretty chill and to themselves. All together a very nice to live at. I have recommended some of my friends to check them out and a few have decided to move in. They like town homes as well.

I absolutely love these Townhomes. I've been staying here for last past two years. Very safe and peaceful. On weekends I love seeing the children play together. Never hearing any noise. My neighbors are great always speaking and looking out for one another. The staff and maintenance are awesome anytime I need a work order fixed, it's done that day if not the very next day. There always helpful keeps me laughing. If you want a family environment for your home this is it. I won't be moving anytime soon.

Great place to live, great people in the community, and awesome employees there to help you get moved into a place that you can feel home. Right off the highway and around the block from an heb and plenty of restaurants near by.

I really enjoy living here at Plum Creek Townhomes. I love the fact that it is very clean, safe, and have no problems with neighbors. The staff is great! Very welcoming, kind very nice staff. Maintenance is on point. I plan to live here happily as long as I'm welcome. I would highly recommend plum Creek Townhomes to friends and family.

THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS DONT NEVER KNOW WHATS GOING ALWAYS HAVE TO ASK OR HE WILL JUST MAKE UP SOMETHING TO GET U OFF THE PHONE THE OTHER STAFF IS VERY RUDE TO U EVEN IF U ASK HER A SIMPLE QUESTION...THEY ONLY HAVE ONE MAINTENANCE GUY FOR THE WHOLE COMPLEX AND HE SEEMS NOT TO BE EVEN CERTIFIED TO WORK IN THE APTS HIS WORK IS VERY MESSY AND UNPROFESSIONAL HE HANGS OUT AT OTHER RESIDENTS APTS DURING OFFICE HOURS!!! THE PARKING IS HORRIBLE U CAN COME HOME SOMETIMES AND NOT HAVE NO WHERE TO PARK WHERE U PAY RENT AT AND WHEN U LET THEM KNOW THEY TELL U TO FILL OUT A FORM... THE BOTTOM LINE IS IF U HAVE MORALS AND CARE ABOUT YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND THE WAY U LIVE I CAN PROMISE U THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR U! U WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED JUST LIKE I WAS AND REGRET EVEN TAKING INTEREST IN THIS SO CALL COMMUNITY

I love Plum Creek Town homes and I don't plan on moving from my cozy home. The staff on occasion may forget something yet we all fall short but they make up for it in the end. The grounds are always well kept. I enjoy watching the kids playing near the playground. Safety here is better than most apartments. The gates being close help keep out any rift raft. Maintenance is great especially with the outgoing personality and constant smile of the maintenance guy. I've had my share of problems here but anywhere you go there are issues to work through. Noise I would say is fair in a family community. With me being OCD, picky, and outspoken Plum Creek is a great place to make home.

PLEASE READ THIS!!!! I have been leaving here for a year now and right after I renewed my lease, the Maintenance people came in the place with out a previous notice and my teen daughter was by her self taking a shower, when I call the office to address this Issue the new " assistant manager" was extremely rude, and of course the manager followed, they did not even wanted to listen to what I had to say, but and the worst thing is that in the contract it says that they can come in any time they need!! or want of course when I signed the contract they did not let know this, and actually this people come and go inside your apartment as they please you really have no privacy at all and you can not even complaint because is in the contract, after all this they sent me a prior eviction notice which means that if I ever complain again they will kick me out!!! there are better places out there don't come to this one, unless you want to kiss your privacy goodbye.

I have lived at Plum Creek since late 2013 and at first I loved it here but now not so much. Kids are always playing in the middle of the street and parents are nowhere to be found. I have had to put my foot down several times. PARKING is a nightmare when your neighbors have 8 people living under one roof with 1 car for each tenant. Best of all the WATER BILL. For a small 1 bed 1 bath apartment I have had high bills and just this month alone $100. Not even a homeowner pays this much in this neighborhood. I actually enjoy living here minus the negative I have mentioned. As for the office staff, I've seen about 4 ladies come and go since I've lived here and none of them were helpful not to mention the manager is rude. Maintenance is good, I think that's a plus plus plus! I'd second guess moving here only because of the water bills and high rent. Income based is not exactly what they go by.
