This is an abandoned home that needs to be torn down. This property has been cited several times, and there has been a sign from the city FOR OVER A YEAR, asking for this structure to be demolished. Why hasnÆt the city done anything about it???? This property is a dilapidated eyesore and a breeding ground for vermin, as you can sometime see rats and other animals entering and leaving the house. The owner is not complying with city notices, and he lives in our neighborhood. He is quite confrontat

This house has been reported to the city on numerous time by various neighbors. The structure, along with other abandoned homes in our neighborhood need to be torn down. They are overrun with weeds, the lack fencing to prevent people from accessing the homes and squatting. The home currently has a yellow city sign, but nothing has been done about it. This vacant house needs to be condemned and torn down. The house is falling apart. The roof is collapsing, siding is missing, vegetation growing in and out of the openings of the home, and the home seems to be collapsing on itself. The structure is not safe, not to mention an eye-sore for many years. Neighbors are concerned about pests and the instability of this structure.
