This structure is unsafe and has been abandoned for years. The fence has been down for a while and the overgrown backyard is exposed to the street and it is not safe for children or pets. The trees have grown wildly out of control for years and the lawn is full of weeds and needs to be mowed. The property owner has been incredibly neglectful of this proper for many many years. The property might have sold recently, which means the new owners are not any better. Please get this property cleared.
The housing structure needs to be TORN DOWN. The structure has been abandoned for YEARS! It is unsafe. The fence has fallen and the unkept backyard is exposed, not to mention open to vagrants. WEEDS! WEEDS! WEEDS. The lawn is over grown by weeds and the trees need to be trimmed. The tree on the corner of the house is hanging low over the sidewalk.

"Investor" purchased this duplex and has failed to maintain it since purchase. Wasp nests, ant hills and other rodents are around the property. Grass / Weeds are knee high and sidewalks are being inaccessible.
Property owner fails to maintain his vacant properties in the neighborhood. Now large ant beds are all over the front area of weeds as well. Leaves and dirt in the ditrch that is causing drainage problems.

This dilapidated house has been vacant for some time. At times, the front door has been left open and the fence is falling down allowing access to strangers to the home and backyard. The state of ruin of the house also causes concern for vermin and pests. This house needs to be condemned and torn down.
