Unable to make citizen contact due to language barrier. There is a water leak in the cave in area and water is also water leaking into UFID #5923413. Cave in is approximately 45 from manhole #5923414. Refer for a steel plate, refer to Houston Water, refer to maintenance repairs.
Per DWO inspector, NTG please refer to sewer inspector to check on cave in at sewer main, causing road hazard. Made customer contact by voicemail.
