The land is owned by Bellfort Plaza Group.Ms. PatrickÆs concern is the land has not been maintained or mowed and the underbrush has covered the side walk along Nunn Street and is encroaching into the roadway. She also feels the property is dangerous as it is appears to be abandoned and not enclosed with fencing.
