Vacant property with heavy trash at the curb
My neighboors keep on missing trash day and both of their trash containers are always spilling. due to their negligence all of their trash goes into my yard. at this moment the both containers are super full and the astray dogs are making a bigger mess! this has been happening for the past year and I do not see an inspector citing them.
