Vacant lot across the street from 6732 Utah St Houston TX 77091 is heavily wooded, shrub is spilling over into the street. Heavy trash was dumped recently causing backflow of water in the ditch. City has came out before to clean lot but hasnÆt been back in a while. Heavy trash pickup is scarce around here. Always notified theyÆll be by for either tree waste or other waste and never come by.
