Vacant home yards hi weeds n grass-causing rodents
Citizen (Annette Bruno gave her name after the e-form was created) said the vacant house has flooded several times so it's filled with mold/mildew, rafters are STILL falling and house was fire damaged SR# 108862-101003225291 and 85874-101003015122). Told her to call non-emergency HPD for the people inside doing drugs.
