APT #604 CALLERS SAID IT'S INFESTED WITH RATS/FLEAS MANAGEMENT HASN'T EXTERMINATED
the carpet is full of mold from the sewage that leaked a few months ago.
Rats in the apartments , pipe recently busted and caused mold in unit supposed to have carpet cleaned today office sent an email canceling carpet cleaning , manager hasn't been in communication for over a month
the a/c is still not working This has been going on for 4 months . they had put a window unit but management took it back stating that it was fixed but it is still not fixed no a/c since thursday 13th and did not go into check it out until Monday the 17th, management went in on management not doing anything 2818963306

MS. WILSON CALLED TO COMPLAIN SHE WAS FORCE TO MOVE OUT OF HER APT DUE TO THE INFESTATION RATS SHE STATED THE LEASING OFFICE WERE NOTIFIED OF THIS ISSUE AND HAS DONE NOTHING TO PREVENT IT MS. WILSON HAS MOVED OUT THE APT BUT SHE STILL WANTS THE CITY TO BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE SHE WILL SEND PICTURES TO 311 EMAIL FOR PROOF

CALLER HAS HAD ISSUES WITH GETTING HIS ROOF REPAIRED/BLACK MOLD ALL OVER THE UNIT. IN AUG 2020 THE ROOF CAVED IN DUE TO A BUSRT PIPE AND HAS YET TO BE REPAIRED. THERE IS BLACK MOLD ALL OVER THE HOME AND CALLER SAYS HE HAS NOTICED HIS 3 YR OLD HAS TROUBLE BREATHING. HE SAYS HE WOULD LIKE TO MOVE OUT BUT THAT THE MANAGER RENEWED HIS LEASE WITHOUT PERMISSION AFTER HE TOLD THEM HE WOULD BE MOVING OUT. PLEASE ASSIST.
