Multi-family property. Only back unit is occupied. To my knowledge there is no plumbing inside the house. A hose is run from the front of the property into the back window. The smell of feces has been going thru our AC vents into our homes, it's an unbearable smell.

They built a toilet and shower in the backyard without permits and they covered it with curtains all around // All the feces is thrown in the back of the property

Unit at the back of the property is occupied. Building is structurally unsafe for habitation, no indoor plumbing/sewage, water is supplied to the unit by a hose connected in front of the house, no water heater, and possible electrical concerns due to appearance of the roof.
