Nuisance On Property
This is a dangerous property as it is not structurally sound. The property is about 80% burnered (look at the back). The facade gives appearance that house is fine. May need to be demolished to prevent rodents and unauthorized people from living there.
House is an unsafe open structure as itÆs about 80% burned. ItÆs open from the side of the adjacent property (6627 Sherman). The back is the burned portion of the house. Only the facade of the house is not burned which makes the property seem fine. House needs to be demoed or owner need to rehab. ItÆs a nuisance to the neighborhood. There is a school, and a church at the end of the street. Branches in the front of the house are overgrown and itÆs an eye sore for this street where most houses are
Back of the house is fully burned and increased risk of Structure falling and injuring someone. House can be entered through the side of the neighborÆs side. Additionally itÆs an eye sore and dangerous building to the community.
Front of facade makes house look fine however house is burned almost completely if you look at side and back. House may fall. ItÆs dangerous and an eye sore on the block.
This property has been vacant for years as it is inhabitable and more than 80% was damaged from fire damage. Property does not feel safe for walkers and is likely attracting rodents. Needs to be demolished at the very least.
