Owner parks the truck with trailer there for days then goes and dumps the debris at a property he has on the same block but on the other side of the block. the address to his house is 6607 Avenue E. 77011. THe house is full of junk and is right by the school. has debris all over the front and back yard. its not safe. The truck drops nails and debris all over the street that makes it dangerous for the cars to park and drive by.
