Thank you for the update, however please see the attached photos of the sanitary sewer overflows (SSOÆs) on the 6600 Block of Southbrook Ave. Please note the raw sewage overflowing from each manhole. The backup on the CityÆs line causing plumbing issues for each resident on this block. Thank you in advance for re-opening this case to perform a deeper dive into this reoccurring issue during each rain event. Regards,Correy
Sanitary Sewer Overflow (6-in.) line near and/or around SB092079 and SB092078. As a result, multiple residence on 6600 Southbrook (block) cannot flush toilets during heavy rain flow. We suspect heavy I&I during rain events.
