MR. ALVERIDA STATES THAT FOR 15 DAYS THEY HAVE BEEN WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. WHEN HE REPORTED TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE MOST TIMES NO ONE EVER COMES TO CHECK IT OR REPAIR.
