They pay the complex for extermination service but they don't do it and the neighbors above have dogs that urinate and discharge and is drains down to their level and the smell is penetrated and nothing is being done about that.

Made customer contact with this apartment complex, the issue at this time is with strange smelling water coming from the sink in the office as well as different buildings on the property. The city sewer mainline is clear the customer is not having any sewer issues at time of investigation. Please refer to water inspector.6601 Dunlap Sr#20199104

citizen has had a major bedbug, roach and rodent infestation since Feb 2019.citizen is planing on leaving once the lease is up at the end of July. mangement is insisting that he take care of these issues before he moves out. management is telling citizen that the apt has to be clean of the pest issue before they can let this family leave. please mcc.
