leak in the backyard. citizen states the city sent a Marcos 2813129371 to cut a tree and additional damages occurred. however leak is ongoing. pls mcc
citizen stated she has a plumber out and he stated isasue is on the city side the pvc pipe in the back yard is cut in half
pipe in back yard is cut and missing manhole cover//has gate but is open
also the vacant lot across from the above address
