I have lived here for 6 month now, and am about to sign for another 6 months. I have had NO problems with the management, service for something going wrong in the unit is very prompt, and the complex is the quietest I have ever lived in. That alone is worth living there for! It's not the fanciest place in town, but it is clean, comfortable, and affordable. There are no thumping boom boxes and drunken bums partying it up in the parking areas like what happens at the more attractive apartments next door, and the residents are a happy, respectful bunch. I really enjoy living there!

I lived there for a year and i couldnt wait to leave. 1st of all.... No matter how clean you keep your apartment there is always roaches. 2nd. ?.... They are very bad keeping up with maintences. I called on day because my kitchen sink was backing up nasty smelly water. They came 3 days later and the maintenance guy said that it was coming from the apartment upstairs and that it was goin to continue happening and that the only thing they could do was keep coming back and fix it temporarly. 3rd........ In the summer my a/c was never working. And when they came to supposly fix it they just cranked it all the way to 60. Even then i didnt get my a/c fixed but i did get a high electric bill. Also when i complained about a noisy neighbor they just told me to call the police. They could of at least like a good landlord given them a notice, ohh and after i had paid my rent for the month they sent me an eviction letter because i fail to pay my rent. I just want to say to anybody whos reading this is that you can find a better place because you will regret living here.............thanks for nothing cambridge court.

Sooooo...I have moved into this apartment for a little over a week, and I am already set to move out from this hell hole and here are the reasons why: 1. We find at LEAST 1-2 roache EVERYDAY 2. The bathtub is rusty & instead of fixing it, they decided to paint over it. (like that's gonna solve the problem right?) 3. Our car got towed because SANDY, one of the office people did not give us a parking permit. 4. (Today) our electricity got turned off. When we report this to the office people, they told us that we were suppose to sign with an electric company ourselves. This wouldn't have been a problem except for the fact that once again, SANDY, the person who we signed the lease with DID NOT tell us all the information, just like how she "forgot" to give us the car permits. 5. We signed a 6 months lease, and they still sent us a bill for 12 months; when reported, they said they would change the bill, but still has not. They claim their office is always "busy". 6. The office always has an "Open" sign during working hours with people still working inside, yet they always have the door lock & refuse to open the door to tenants. 7. Office people NEVER return our calls even prior to renting out the place. SANDY says she would call back everytime we call the office & it never happened. 8. Parking is always always always full, and you will NEVER feel secure here because the gate is always broken. Well, there you go. These are the reasons why you should pass up this hideous place & go find yourself a better apartment. To be honest, it doesn't loock so bad for the price & roominess of the space. (The closet is HUGE) Yet, the maintenence is HORRIBLE!!! Nothing will ever get done here & I seriously can't wait to move out ASAP.

am moving out because they never do there job right!! in the kichten there is always water back up! i got up at 3am and all the floor was wet and the water was brown! Ewww!!! mold all up in the bathroom shower. the first 3 days i was here the shower paint on the tub came up . called them to fix,and the maintenance came and told me to by a mat ! what the hell.there is mold on the sheetrock , around the tiles!! dam it makes me sick!! the parking lot always has beer cans just left sitting there all weekend. the staff is ungreatful !! some time ,if you go to the office on a saturday or sunday the door's will be locked and some one is there in the office! it's like they dont want to talk to you! and the blinds will be closed to the office! whats that sh**!! one saturday they came in at 3 and closed at 5pm , whats that.. OMG the water bill is soo big all the time,1 bed room and i pay between $59. and $80.00 dam i dont live in a house!! i would not tell no one to live or move here!!!!!

I'm in the process of getting a lawyer, but I advise you not to live here..if I would have known there was no cameras I would have never came in the leasing office without my boyfriend. He tried to give me a 3 day notice and when I asked to speak with someone else in the office he wouldn't allow me. I pushed me and I immediately called the police!!! My boyfriend at first was in shock...there were two witnesses..which were maintenance men who seen the whole thing!!! when the police got here I knew he was going to jail because i just had a feeling there were cameras in the office..well when the police got there..he had the doors locked??? he then said he slapped him in the face and pushed him..I was in shock..I knew he was going to lie but i didn't think one second they would believe that..I have a kid and I'm asking you for help..why would I do something like that to jeopardize my home for me and my kid. All I kept saying to the police was check the camera...I waited for them to come back outside and they said there were no cameras..and to make it worse..they believed him...I asked to press charges against him and they wouldn't let me..this was all a SETUP!!! i'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN ARRESTED!!! the didn't even get a statement from me when I was the one that called...the cops were very racist and had taking to jail in front of my daughter..I could cry right now because I would never put my hands on somebody over an issue that could be compromise in 10 minutes..Me and my boyfriend are good people and were treated like ----...I spent a whole day in jail and it was blessing my case was dismissed by a very nice judge..my boyfriend spent two day in jail for no reason...were in process of suing the guy that did this to us..he put our future at stake all because he couldn't do his job...please don't live hear this management is very disrespectful so do yourself a favor and take your money where people will treat you with respect.

Rent isn't to high. Parking kinda blows, Its first come first serve, so sometimes you might have a long walk to get to you car.... Maintenance is horrible!!!! When I moved in The toilet was broken, the stove burners was broken, the front door was broken, the ac was broken, the outside porch light doesn't work, the bath room exhaust fan doesn't work, the boards on my patio fence are falling off, the garbage desposil was broken, & then the other bathrooms toilet starting running all night.. I had to fix that myslef & The light switch was throwing sparks out of the wall, I also fixed that myself I wasn't going to call and wait for my place to burn to the ground... The only things that have gotten fixed so far have been the front door, the garbage desposil, the exhaust fan in the bathroon, & the ac. The laundry rooms are never cleaned. The local kids drive me crazy, Im always getting rocks/balls/toys (ect)thrown at my front door and windows. The kids will lean up against my front door and not even move out of the way so I can unlock my door to enter my house... they will put garbage threw the boards on the patio. I am always finding chip bags, candy wrapers (ect) I have walked out my door to find pyles of rocks and dirt at my entry way... The staff is clueless. I have paid my rent early and then have had them knock on my door asking when I was planing on paying after I already have paid. The animals in the niebor hood are sometimes out of control. I will be out of here soon hopefully!

Would not recommend. Maintenance is horrible. During my stay the only thing that seem to be repaired in a timely matter was AC. Ike damage exist an was just covered up, mold, bathroom toilet an kitchen faucet water continuously ran till main valve cut off. Sewer backs up all the time an goes unclean. Lots of wild cats, roaches are horrible. seen bats, rats even a dead rabbit found on my patio which cats hid there. I had to remove it myself. Mold problem is huge. Continuous break ins cars an homes. Also management changes every 3-4 months. Prices aren't reasonable I've had better for the price, what you don't pay in rent you will else where. For my 1 bedroom my water bill has been as high as $98 an as low as $54. Which is no where near the $19.95 it's suppose to be. Community is unstable because people that have been there for a long time have left, so you have to deal with them just moving in anyone, which is the reasons for the crime that happens.

These are by far the best apartments and I see new and enhanced improvement with the new leasing staff! They are really concerned and take time to resolve our needs. I strongly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment that feels like home.

I LIVE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! my car got stolen , some one tried hard to break in my CHILDERNS bedroom window when i was home in the morning,MY SON found a KNIFE by the window they try to break into throwned in a bush.AND HE REMEMBERS AND ASK ME MOMMY WHY?:-( instead they broke and stole my neibors tv and other items. i witness people try to break into cars that same night by being woke up by nosies,I Feared that they came back could not sleep. been treaten fear for my safety and hit on my strange men. witness drug abuse told the apts all of my complaints and they did nothing about it. been here 2 1/2 years the apt was still damage when i moved in but with a promise that it would be fix it took them 2 1/2 years nowto fix any thing ALSO they don't want to fix nothing but wanted to just cover up rotten wood i would not have it and had to sit there and make sure they did the job right. i'am looking for a house and never want a Apt again.

I hate that ----- SHARON WHITE. She has the nerve. I have lived in the apatments for about 3mths but i havent lived there, because the mother ------- fleas put me out. Between the cats in the walls and the fleas i am homeless. And that ----- wont terminate the lease. 700 in rent for what i will never give that ----- another dime of my money. When you do bad to someone you will get what is coming to you in return.
