The dumpsters at Golf Green Condominiums at 6500 harbor town dr. are not screened and are visible from the street. The dumpsters frequently overflow and trash affects neighboring properties.
Dumpsters at this condos overflow on a weekly basis. Dumpsters are not enclosed and trash gets piled up next to dumpster and spill over onto street and neighboring houses.

Golf Green Condominums at 6500 Harbor Town Dr. is using undersized dumpsters that are not properly enclosed. Very frequently the dumpsters will overflow and wind will carry trash to neighboring residences. The problem has gotten so bad that a neighboring resident has requested that the HOA approve fencing to catch overflowing trash. Attached is a complaint from the resident along with photos showing the issue.

Dumpsters at this condo are not enclosed. They are sitting in open parking spaces which allows trash to spill out onto the streets, storm drains and the surrounding neighborhood. Pictures are attached.
My name is Connie Wang and report number is 3906100. On the March of the 10th I have reported 6500 Golf Green Condo dumpster issues. Most of the time the trash overflow and small trash all over my driveway and front yard as the pictures showed. However on the March 12th one of the inspector came out and close the case . I like to show you more pictures regarding those dumpsters. By city of Houston regulation: apartment dumpsters canÆt seeing from the street and no overflow allow. Please look at
