This vacant apartment buildingΓ??s trash enclosure has become a neighborhood dumping ground. This needs to stop! This owner is negligent in keeping his property safe, for the safety of our neighborhood. This dumpster enclosure is at an abandoned apartment building. The maintenance workers took a tarp off of the roof and put it in enclosure.
