I am requesting that you investigate my mothers sewer issues, as she receives sewer backup too often. There is a pattern when her neighbors have backup issues within 2-3 days later she then gets sewer backup. This occurs to often and I am her daughter and I am tired of this. Also my mother suffers with asthma and to breathe in sewer is not good for her health. Please look into this neighborhood street issue. (not sure if you are the correct department to complain but its starting point.) Next I
