I have lived in these apartments for 3 years they are quiet and maintience always attentend to my needs. I am a student and love the cheap rent. If you plan to move in these apartments I suggest you stay to yourself. On a scale 1 to 10 I give it a 7. It's not to bad.

My family & I have lived in the apartments since March of 2008. Since we have been here a year, I don't have any complaints. After the storm Ike, they were quick to get the aprtments back clean & presentable. Theday after the storm, even the residents were helping pick up debris. I hope they keep sceening new residences so that we keep a good community.

I lived at Bankside for 4 years and yes it was a very nice and quiet community but the when mangement was vey rude. I had several problems with my A/C unit and no one could ever fix it properly. The management and maintanance both suck.

these apartment are realy bad.The management are very rude .they once tried to lock me out over a 20 dollar water bill.And the kids that live here are horrible.Ive been hear for 7 months and my air conditioning has been broken since day one. Irealy be glad when my lease is up so i can get the hell out of hear.

Bankside Village is a nice community located in a quiet neighborhood. I have enjoyed living here.
