Across the street they are building a apt complex and on the back side there is no fence. The construction is a mess trash ect..
311 email request I understand that trash occurs while building a complex, but it should not affect the local homes on a day to day basis. I have to clean my yard everyday, if not more, of building debris and worker's food trash (examples: building siding, insulation, food wrappers and chicken bones, which are harmful to my dog).
