The property is absolutely beautiful!! I love how sleek all the amenities are and modern all the art is in the public areas. The leasing team was really sweet and knowledgeable during the whole process. They also answered all my questions I had including their pet policy and what that looks like! Such a smooth process.

Just checked out Modera Garden Oaks and I’m in love! The place is stunning and feels like home. The big club room is perfect for hanging out with friends, and the pool is absolutely gorgeous—perfect for relaxing on weekends. Earl, the manager, made the tour super fun and even thought about how my dog would love it here. The modern amenities and welcoming vibe really set this place apart. If you’re looking for a new spot, you gotta see this

Toured the community this past Friday Really loved the amenity spaces , especially the movie theater . Wish the location was a Little better . This community is at the top of my list of choices . Lovely staff

Had a great experience during my stay here. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone looking. Also staff was spectacular and never made me feel like just a resident it was more of a home feeling and will recommend to anyone

Great property in a new upcoming area! The staff is so friendly and attentive, especially Melecia. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour but are not looking to move until the end of the year. We will be submitting our app once it's time!
