This is the house at 6407 Coachwood Dr. And also photos of the side of the house at 6403 Coachwood Dr., for which no one wants to take responsibility for the sidewalks and gutters.I could easily become the neighborhood street cleaner, as I have seen in England, many, many years ago, but it would have to be a paid position, or alternatively, waive my $320 annual fee to the POA. Unfortunately, the POA is allegedly broke, so there is no use talking to them.
There is a house at 6407 Coachwood Dr, which has been abandoned for over 20 years. We, the neighbors on Coachwood Dr, who have mice and rats in our homes (including me), are quite sure that 6407 is the breeding ground for these rodents.ABC Pest Control have been at my house almost every other day, attempting to trap the mice in my home.
