They have construction men in hard hats working WHILE they have children showing up (after school like 4) to play. Doesn't seem right or safe
They have a clear red tag that they are ignoring & doing construction as well as running business of having children playing around this work, I assume they also have no C.O.

This building is having construction in progress (which they may or may not have permits for) while they are having children coming in and being coached and exercising. The way they have trucks come into the building close the doors then have empty trucks leave, while hiding the workers trucks just seems shady. and to have kids run around while men in hard hats work seems like a big hazard. The kids don't arrive till later, like 430. PLUS they don't have the area lit
The place looks abandoned, overgrown, port a lets, construction material stacked around, But, they open it up later in the day and on weekends for kids to play . It seems like a dangerous situation. and it appears they are intentionally trying to "not get caught"
Business at 6320 Fairdale has not mowed their grass this year.
It's got kids coming in there and it is not safe, not sure they've followed all the steps to do it correctly

6320 Fairdale the building had foundation laid without permit & now they are "open" with no permits or C.O. they started working 2day at 430pm. & r bragging about it on social media

To the east of this address there is a vacant lot, on the east most corner of the lot there's trash.
