311 email request my complaint is on how the ôwaterloggingö has affected my property. I didnÆt elevate my ground after Hurricane Harvey it wasnÆt needed. Since being home in March IÆve noticed the flooding with just regular rain showers. IÆve already invested over $600 on elevating my ground in pictures #35, 33 and 34. The combination of sand/soil/fertilizer was recommended by an irrigation company and used. Picture #36 taken in Feb. 2018 clearly shows the original depth of the AC ground to now.
