Property is located at 6305 Westward. Trash is located on the Elm Street side of property. There is two dumpsters in this area and people are dumping couches on the sidewalk and street. This is a constant problem every week.
Dumpster overflow and unlocked, becoming a hotspot for illegal dumping
Caller states she has been having issues with her electricity for the past 2 weeks and it has not been addressed. There has been no electricity for a day. Advised she has children missing virtual school do to no electricity. Spanish speaker

Sewage is overflowing from neighboring complex (6305 Westward) to ours (6405 Westward). Feces are seen and extreme bad odor are coming into our parking lot. We are forced to walk by/on the Sewage and it is hazardous to our health and pets as well. I have reported this issue multiple times and nothing has changed.

Property management David Godwin / Rise management not doing anything about the problem, where at times too much trash scattered throughout the exit and city street blocking our exit gate, reported it to management and still nothing, there also prostitution and drugs going on behind the and dumpster that seem to be a good hiding spot, these dumpsters are located on the side of elm where property exit is at.
