In the Windsor Village subdivision we have one area someone is illegally dumping itemssuch as automobile tires. Is it possible we could request City of Houston No Dumping signs & cameras? This is located in the 5000-6000 block of McKinstry between Warkworth & Delbury.We purchased signs to display for the violators but as you can see they are destroyingthem and we keep replacing the signs.
