Robbery every few weeks!!! Are you kidding me? Safety is a joke here. As its been mentioned in some other reviews here is probably a hotel for gangs and rapists. If you wanna risk your car, money, and most important thing, your life this is the best place for you to live! Maintenance takes forever and most of the time fail to fix problems. Parking is a mess. there are hundred other reasons to take you away from this this property. I wish i'd read these reviews before moving here and also i wish I could give this place zero star for everything.

First, I wanna congratulate you for reading reviews before considering a move. With that being said, strongly reconsider living in this complex. Dreadful!!! I have had numerous problems that have been addressed and have not been worked on. I have been more than patient to even let some of the stuff go. The entire office staff is incompetent and careless about their residence. Recently, my AC has gone out on 2 occasions. I have called the emergency maintenance line (after-hours) several times and no one has even bothered to call back. I have called the leasing office during business hours and they keep telling me they will put the work order in. I know this is not the best property, but as a resident that always pays her rent on time, this is completely disgusting. Don't move here even if the price seems great, you will pay for it in the long run. Filthy, trash everywhere, careless staff, among other things.

THESE APARTMENTS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! MANAGEMENT IS AWFULLY RUDE. THEY MIS INFORM YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING JUST SO THEY CAN GET EXTRA MONEY ON THEIR POCKET. THE MANAGER IS A TOTAL HOOD RAT. MAINTENANCE NEVER FIXES ISSUES UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY WRITE A LETTER OF COMPLAINT. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. MY APARTMENT GOT BROKEN INTO A FEW TIMES AND THERE IS DRUNK --------- ROAMING AROUND AT ALL TIMES AND IM PRETTY SURE THERE IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF RAPISTS AND GANG MEMBERS LIVING THERE. NO PARKING AFTER 9 P.M. FORGET ABOUT IT ! WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN, ROACH HOTEL, MICE AND RATS WHAT NOT!!!!!!ANYWAY.... SCREW THIS PLACE!

It took a few weeks before they came to fix the issue, and now that they finally came to fix the air conditioning, summer is right around the corner and I really hope that they get to it before it gets even hotter outside, the inside temp is 77 and the thermostat is set at 70...

I call this apartment community "the projects". There have been 3 aggravated robberies on the property in the space of 6 months. The parking lot is filled with giant potholes and trash is everywhere from the garbage bags that are set on the side of the dumpsters instead of in them by the hoodlums who live here and then clawed open by the pack of feral cats on the property. Most evenings, the air reeks of cat piss and rotting garbage. Maintenance department is a complete joke - takes 2-5 WEEKS and at least 3-7 phone calls to have anything repaired.
