This is the nastiest/filthiest place you can imagine. Constant fights between tenants and leasing agents. (Physical) Shootings a few doors down from my unit. Someone broke into my apartment after only being there week two. I argued to get out of my lease.... Please listen to these reviews. They just recently changed their name but same owners. BEWARE and Run ...

I lived here for 6 months and the hole time I was here it was trash on the stairs and they never fix anything! I wouldn't refer my enemy to stay here!! It's always loud music and people hanging out in stairwell smoking. I'm glad I olny signed a 6 month lease!!

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! The management won't do anything about poor maintenance. They will promise you while you are submitting your complaint that they will send someone to fix your problem apt. And NO ONE WILL EVER COME! They are over prices with no value. Loud music all day and night. People hanging out and drinking all day and night. Drivers flying through the apt. Will hit your car and keep going. The slum in westheimer is what they should be called! DON'T MOVE HERE!

Good community to live very quiet at night and day too maintenance staff are friendly and efficient office staff friendly too never had an issue I recommend this property to live. Supermarkets and shopping centers are really close

I have lived here for 3 years now and give this place a 8+ rating. Staff is easy to work with (if needed) Grounds and pool are well kept and the complex is great for animals. Neighbors are friendly and courteous to your needs

I wish I could put negative stars.. DO NOT MOVE HERE, I didn't listen to the warnings on yelp/Google etc and I got screwed over. It was my very first apartment, I found it to be "good enough" because a 1b 1b was $650.. with a college and full time work budget, it was the right price. Things were okay until about 3 weeks in, I was locked out of my apartment at 11pm because maintenance came in to "repair a leak and locked themselves out" of my apartment, so they CHANGED MY LOCKS WITHOUT TELLING ME.. I have witness for this. The second event was the same leak, causing damage to my walls behind my fridge.. it took weeks for that repair. Next would be mice, a ton of them.. chewing through $100s of dollars in groceries, and nobody doing anything more than placing wood tape over the holes. It was disgusting.. the board of health threatened them to fix things, and still nothing. If I had more money to file, I would have taken them to court. They tried to evict me twice, because they claimed I did not pay rent.. when I did, and (thank God) had the money orders to prove it. So where did my rent go then you ask? It was traced to their former manager in California, who had just left the company. After her, there were at least 3 new managers by the time my lease was up. I met with all of them, and by the time they told me "things would get taken care of", someone would quit.. and a new manager would pop up. To top all of this off, add in lukewarm water for 3+ months with no repair.. and an AC system that shook my attic access so hard that mouse droppings (yes, from the mice they didn't get rid of) would fall out of the attic door. Please, someone shut this place down.. Nobody deserves to live like this. I will swear that everything in this message is the truth, because it was living hell.. the absolute, most horrific living experience I have ever had.

WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Apartments here are very bad, rats, roaches, very often no water, no hot water, no AC, management takes for ever to respond. The staff was horrible , had to call office several times to get someone out to fix ceiling that was molding due to water leak.The manager Miriam is the worse, arrogant, not helpful, doesn't care about tenants. I would not recommend renting here. Turned in my 60 day notice and they claim they never received it. I was sent to collections, no one is willing to help. HORRBILE!!! NO RENTEN AQUI ES LO PEOR, LAS PERSONAS ENCARGADAS LOS VAN A UNDIR, Y LOS APARTAMENTOS ESTAN ASQUEROSOS. LA GERENTA MIRIAM ES DE LO PEOR.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! RATS & ROACHES.!! Kids will get sick here
