This place is a literal definition of a defecation center I have so many photos literally. It is disgusting, unsafe, and a biohazard. The employees treat the renters like we are inferior. They are horrible at maintenance requests. Yes, there are roaches and they made me pay 3 different times for it not to be solved I am moving out. I am 100% sure the reviews on Google are false because they incentives people with rent discounts. It is also very loud. There are so many children and always car alarms going off in the middle of the night. They also just barge in without asking or notice this also happened several times. It also smells here I don't know how else to put it. These people are so rude and just bad landlords. They also charge for parking $30 a month. The late fee is $50 for the first day then $10 a day. They take advantage as much as they can. There is no good faith here. There is no washer, dryer, or washing machine. They also increase the rent ridiculous amounts every renewal. Month to month fee is 150 added on whatever they want to charge you. I was paying 923 a month now month to month is 1224 which is so absurd.

This place is a mouse trap full of roaches and loud children. You been warned. Parking is horrible. Maintenance won't fix ----. You been warned. Mouse holes visible on the side of the apartment building

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. There's always trash everywhere outside. Little kids run around unsupervised and scream. I once got home from being out of town, and my electricity had been shut off--not by the power company, but from the breaker being flipped. Their excuse was that it was the kids playing with the breakers...but somehow it was only my apartment? No. Just, no. On top of all of this, the property manager is a greedy schmuck. He's super rude. The only saving grace is the maintenance staff. They were always on top of things and were super nice.
