EXIT/ENTRANCE GATES NOT WORKING AT APT COMPLEX
customer insisting that even before this month nothing was ever done to fix the a/c or heather. dishwasher isnt working properly/ air filter was never replaced/ under sink is rotten, filled w roaches/ no heating/ shower head tube was replaced by caller/

NO AC DUE TO NO RENT PAYMENT. CITIZEN IS TRYING TO GET ASSISTANCE TO BE ABLE TO PAY FOR RENT AND MANAGEMENT IS NOT WORKING WITH HER AND SO THEY TURNED OFF THE AC. PLEASE MCC.
