The plumber came out abd stated the laek is on the COH side. He says a hole inside the pipe adjacent to the meter from the house to the street. Citizen also says she has a picture of the COH serviceman sitting in the truck for 5 mins and then getting out tak9ing a pictur and not invetigating where the water or leak was fcoming from. refer sr # 20056878 pls make cc.
