HFD EMS units Medic 19 and Ambulance 39 made location for a patient and the facility had no information about said patient to give HFD. While on site, crew was concerned about the conditions of the facility and the number of persons "living" there in a typical size house. The number of people on site was approx 15+ individuals with 5 beds per standard size room. HFD crew had a feeling that this facility may not be licensed and could be a potential life hazard for the residents. HPD was called to
