Based on our property survey, the neighboring new construction driveway and gate seems to be on our property. We are at 628 Pecore and the adjacent new build is at 622 Pecore. Our appraisal shows the property line 2 inches east of our 8 foot wood fence. We installed the wood fence several years ago with prior owner agreement that it was properly place 2 inches off the property boundary based ok surveys. See pictures attached and advise.
