Water Leak
Stated that the city went out and regraded the ditches and since then in his ditch its always been wet. While cutting grass yesterday he was able to see that there is a trickle of water in the ditch that keeps coming out but the trickle is also coming out near the meter box and fire hydrant in front of his home. Please assist.
